Tip Tuesday! 15 crafty ways to trim 100 calories a day

Sometimes in life, small steps can add up big.

Take 100 calories.

Actually, make that "Trim 100 calories." It may not sound like much — but taking this one step daily could add up to a 10-pound weight loss over a year.
