Dental insurance is an important employee benefit that your employees will really appreciate - and come to demand. Dental insurance is a relatively inexpensive out-of-pocket business expense to you (the business owner), yet employees rate it as one of the most important benefits to them. Most dental plans offer quality coverage for preventive, basic and major dental services. However, dental plans, much like health plans, can either be "rich," "basic" or somewhere in between depending on what you are willing to pay per enrolled employee.
