Tip Tuesday: 7 Diet Tricks That Really Work

Can't seem to drop the bulge? Well, here are seven tips I came across this week that have been proven to work! Why not give them a try and see for yourself....


1. Avoid corn syrup - That's right folks, say bye-bye to the sodas once and for all.

2. Don't let junk food warp your brain - Recent studies suggest that junk food can affect the brain in ways similar to drug abuse.

3. Structure meal and snack times

4. Satisfy the body -- especially at breakfast

5. Favor foods low on the glycemic index, or closer to nature

6. Change your environment - It could be as simple as swapping out your dinner plates for smaller ones.

7. Savor your food! Slow down, what's the hurry?
